Tasting Notes

From Difford’s Guide’s tasting notes:

Nose: Buttery, floral and honeyed notes over a malty base.

Palate: Well balanced malted barley, grain and honey, with restrained salty smoke, fruit cake, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Finish: Salty, lightly smoked and malty.

We have poured plenty of blended Scotch at Mr. Chow’s, and this one leads with honey and ends on a light, salty smoke.
